Whether it’s patching drywall, fixing doors, adjusting cabinets, or completing small maintenance tasks, the goal is to make sure everything looks clean, functional, and ready to impress potential buyers.
Half-Day Package – $500
Ideal for addressing a handful of smaller repairs or touch-ups. This package includes up to four hours of on-site handyman work focused on preparing your home for listing.
Full-Day Package – $1,000
Best for homes that require multiple repairs or general improvements. This package includes up to eight hours of on-site handyman work to complete a range of small repairs and maintenance tasks.
Please note: Materials are not included in the package price and will be supplied by the homeowner or billed separately if required.
